DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE
by car:
From highway 401 or 407, take the Markham Road exit and drive north on Markham Road. Turn left on Edward Jeffreys Avenue (which is two stoplights north of Markham Road and 16th Avenue) then turn right immediately to enter the driveway behind the Upper Village 1 and 2 condominiums.
Visitor parking spaces are available in front of the condominium buildings facing Markham Road. We are located on the external ground floor of Upper Village 2 condominium, with the front signage, "Santos Law Office."
If you are coming from highway 404, you may take the Major Mackenzie Drive exit and travel eastward. From Major Mackenzie Drive, turn right/south on Markham Road. After about 500 meters south of Bur Oak Ave., turn right on 9506 Markham Road (in between the Upper Village condominium buildings). You will find our office in Suite 107, just a few doors away from Komeya Café.

You may take TTC bus 102D (from Warden subway station or from any of its designated stops along Kingston Road and Markham Road). Get off at the intersection of Markham Road and Edward Jeffreys Avenue (2nd stoplight after Markham Rd. and 16th Avenue). Cross the street then walk a few meters north to the Upper Village 2 condominium building (9506 Markham Road). You will find our office at Suite 107 with the front signage, "Santos Law Office".

By GO train or GO/Viva/YRT bus:
You may take the GO train from Union Station or any GO/Viva/YRT bus that will bring you to Mount Joy GO station. From the Mount Joy GO station, take a short walk and cross the street going west on Bur Oak Avenue then walk south on Markham Road. You will find 9506 Markham Road on your right and Suite 107 on the ground floor with the front signage, "Santos Law Office".
If you are on the YRT or GO bus, you may ask the bus driver to drop you off at the intersection of Markham Road and Edward Jeffreys Avenue, then cross the street and walk a few steps north towards Suite 107, 9506 Markham Road and look for the front signage, "Santos Law Office".
